Yes. Our classes are intelligently designed to be accessible for all levels. They’re challenging, yet supportive; and our instructors offer thoughtful modifications, adjustments, and encouragement throughout. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here.

Most of our classes are gently heated using infrared panels, warming the body to 90+ degrees in a calm, supportive way. The heat helps open the body, encourage detoxification, and support ease of movement. Gro Surrender is the only class that is offered unheated, allowing space for deeper stillness and grounding.

You’re welcome to bring your own, or you can rent both at the front desk for $7. We keep everything clean and ready for your practice.

If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically added to class and notified by email or text. Please be sure to cancel if you can’t attend so you aren’t charged.
-
You can cancel up to one hour before class without penalty. If you cancel less than an hour before class or don’t show up, a $10 fee will be applied. This helps us honor our teachers’ time and offer spots to others who are waiting to Gro.

Please silence your phone and leave it outside the studio room. We ask that you honor the energy of the space by being fully present and free from distractions. For your safety and the experience of the group, we do not allow late entry once class has been underway for more than 5 minutes.
