GRO FLOW
A balanced vinyasa-style class that links breath with movement in a steady, intentional sequence. Heated with infrared panels to around 90 degrees, this class helps you build strength, improve mobility, and find mental clarity through mindful transitions.

A strength-forward class that blends low-impact training, resistance, and core work with intelligent sequencing. Expect a sculpting burn with an emphasis on form, breath, and focus. It's powerful, purposeful, and always supportive.

A deeply grounding practice that combines long-held stretches with calming breathwork and sound healing. This class is designed to soothe the nervous system, create spaciousness in the body, and guide you into rest and reset.
