Join Elizabeth Murzyn and Caitlin Morris for an evening of Holotropic Breathwork and Sound Meditation.

Dive into your internal landscape, come into your stillness. The evening will begin with about 45 minutes of holotropic breath work, followed by the vibrations of various instruments including Tibetan Bowls, The Gong, and more.

This immersive sound experience will allow the mind to quiet, recalibrate the physical body into harmony, and release holding patterns within.
