Gro Strong Heated Sculpt Certification
Ready to elevate your teaching? This two-day training is designed to give you all the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to lead powerful heated sculpt classes.

Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Cost: $175 (includes training manuals, books, and four Gro Strong classes)
Over the course of the weekend, you will participate in hands-on sessions that cover essential sculpt techniques, movement breakdowns, safety protocols, cueing, sequencing, and the unique demands of teaching in a heated room. You will also learn class management skills that support both structure and creative expression.
Prerequisites
We are looking for students who hold any of the following:
• Group Fitness Certification
• Pilates Certification
• Personal Training Certification
• Yoga Certification
To complete your certification, you must take four Gro Strong classes before graduation. A final practical demo class is required by December 20, allowing you to showcase your understanding of the material and your ability to lead a full class with confidence.
